Job description

Key tasks

• Process the Purchase Request and ultimately the Purchase Order.
• Arrange the delivery of goods and ensure its compliance.
• Prepare the required reports assigned by the Purchasing Manager.
• Attend to importation requirements.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Must be familiar with most of the regular items procured by the hotel.
• Must be familiar with Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Professionally establishes and maintains efficient and effective communications channel with all Departments in the Hotel.
