Job description
Key tasks
• To maintain a high standards of public areas and ensure the safety of hotel property in the assigned areas.
• Ability to understand and communicate in Basic English.
• Etiquettes & Manners
• Well-groomed and hygienic
• Physically fit.
• Willing to work in bathroom.
• To do inventory of cleaning equipments and linens
• Attend daily briefings at the beginning of a shift.
• Exchange soiled hand towels for fresh ones at the linens room.
• Maintain hand towels to meet demand especially at peak hours.
• Maintain a polite, dignified and helpful attitude to guests.
• See that the bathrooms are clean and sanitized; faucets sparkling, wash basing dry; environment smelling fresh.
• Sweep, wash and scrub the floors.
• Replenish soap dispenser periodically.
• To follows hotel rule and regulations.
• To ensure all public areas are clean and well maintain.
• To control cost of chemicals and cleaning supplies to be under the budget.
