Job Title : Corporate Controller - Procurement
Fully integrated in the Accor Corporate Procurement department , you will report to the Director of Procurement Controlling and Risk.
Your mission is to ensure the reliability of the financial data for the Procurement department, monitor the landing of budget and results and support Procurement teams in their decision-making process.
In this context, your main responsibilities will be as follows :

Monthly Corporate reporting;
·
Follow-up and reporting of Corporate Procurement revenues;
·
Performance monitoring and support to decision making for direct and indirect teams’ VPs;
·
Control and review of the digital project budget follow-up and related capex activation;
·
Control over committed expenses, their analytical imputation in the dedicated Group tool;
·
Review of Corporate P&L, difference between actual figures and budget, contact with accounting department for adjustments;
·
Quarterly review of worldwide Procurement turnover;
·
Organisation and animation of the budget process;
·
Follow-up and review of rebates receivables aging balance;
·
Contribute to the redesign of financial and controlling processes (FRE follow up, performance review templates).
Autonomous and rigorous, you demonstrate pro-activity and have a strong knowledge in controlling, budget review and accounting ideally with a first experience in an international environment.
