Job description

Key tasks

- Responsible for providing support to the VPSM and to the Sales & Marketing team.

- Technical Support : Manage and be lead champion for AccorHotels Sales digital systems, including ANAIS for GSO , ANA Plan, Cognos reporting and T.A.G.S (The Accor Group system).

- Administrative support to VPSM including travel arrangement, expenses processing, etc.

- Other responsibilities including Project Management, Marketing Activities and Finance Activities

Languages essential Mandarin (Fluent)

Essential and optional requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management or Business
- Minimum of 2 year working experience in digital / administration for Director / VP level.
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in speaking and writing English.
- Excellent organizational skills.
