Key tasks

-Assists in all bakery preparation and help to run the station that he is assigned to efficiently.
-Prepare food requisition storeroom when Pastry Chef is absent.

Essential and optional requirements

-Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a professional kitchen
-Knowledge of French pastry items and pastry making
-College degree is preferred. An Associate’s degree or bachelor degree in Pastry Arts is desirable.
-The ability to communicate effectively in both English and Thai with basic computer skills.
-Must be willing to work long and irregular hours if necessary and be flexible
-Able to work under pressure
