What you will be doing:

·  Lead the day-to-day operation ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service

·  Handle the Owner arrival experience, departure experience, requests & concerns; and react quickly to guarantee memorable moments for our owners
·  Insure Owner homes meet standards of quality and cleanliness
·  Perform light maintenance and housekeeping duties as required
·  Responsible for Manager on Duty and Night Audit procedures

Your experience and skills include:

·  Service focused personality is essential

·  Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset

·  Prior experience working with Opera or a related system

·  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
