Job description

Key tasks

Candidate will be responsible for accepting and responding to all incoming calls, and transferring calls to the appropriate extensions. Responsibilities include taking room service food orders and inputting into Micros POS
system, assisting with e-mailing of guest folio receipts, and handling of guest inquiries and issues via telephone communication. Must have strong attention to detail, as well as strong organizational skills. Qualified candidate will have exceptional verbal communication skills, as well as be able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously. Candidate will also be scheduled to work as a Front Desk Agent, upon business demands.
