We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Night Auditor to join our dynamic and highly dedicated team. The Night Audit Guest Service team member role is for someone who is passionate about providing amazing customer service as well with a great eye for detail. The right candidate for the role must have an outgoing personality with a passion for delivering excellence through service.
As a Night receptionnist your duties will include,
* Check in/ Check out the hotel guest
* Handle customer complaints
* Running Night Audit closer procedures
* Upsell food and drinks during the night and reach your monthly target
* Carrying out any room service request during night
