Job description

Key tasks

- Responsible for overall operation of the hotel during the night
- Fully familiar with the Front Office policies and procedures and possesses a general knowledge of the hotel's and local policies.
- Familiar with procedures concerning fire, emergency evacuation, accidents, bomb threats, law and order situations, etc...
- Handles guest complaints/comments/problems/requests in a very professional manner and always strives to provide a quality guest experience.

Essential and optional requirements

Desired candidate should be a Hotel Management graduate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as Supervisor Level in a 5 star environment. Must be computer literate with effective communication skills and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a passion for service quality and excellence. Outgoing, creative and eager to share the desire to deliver Novotel service standards and ACCOR values with guests and associates.
