Job description

Key tasks

- Check front office accounting records for accuracy and, on a daily basis, summarizes and compiles information for the hotel's financial records.
- Track room revenue, maximizing occupancy percentages, and collect statistical figures for daily statistic report and forecast.
- Responsible for late arrival and visitor in accordance with International and Vietnamese law as well as hotel policy.
- Laise with Fire Evacuation, First Aid and other Safety and Security actions in case of emergency.

- At least 1 year experience handling all Front Office functions.
- Ability to work in a computer based, multi-task environment.

- Good listening skills and ability to anticipate.
- Good presentation, confident speaking skills.
