Night Audit Team Leader - Multi Property

Key tasks

Manage and supervise the night audit teams in Ibis Edinburgh Centre Royal Mile and Ibis Edinburgh Centre South Bridge. Check guests in/out in a friendly manner and provide assistance to our guests throughout the night in both reception and our 24 hour bar and restaurant. The ideal candidate will love the responsibility of supervising a team across two properties and be an excellent decision maker.

As our Night Team Leader, you will:

- Deliver a warm and efficient welcome, with the team confidently able to ‘read’ and respond appropriately to our guests.

- Support the Front Office Manager, undertaking clerical tasks and helping to run various reports.

- Be called upon to assist with late check-ins and early check outs, or serve drinks.

- Must have experience in a similar environment with the knowledge and confidence to deliver the role described.

- Will be a strong team player willing to lend a hand wherever needed

- Will take a hands on approach and display a sense of ownership
