Job description
Key tasks
-Welcome guests as you would like to be welcomed
-Has an impeccable attitude which conveys the image of the brand and hotel
-Support our breakfast chef (Buffet preparation)
-Ensures that administrative procedures never take priority over guest relations
-Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration
-Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks provides a response as soon as possible
-Works close with reception team and undertakes some shifts when required
- Check-in and Check out
- Answering phone calls and emails
-Assist with Group bookings and meeting rooms
-Le Club Accor Hotels enrollments
-Always serves with a big smile;
-Passionate about delivering a great customer experience;
-With a strong “on the floor” presence;
-Able to operate with a high level of autonomy;
-Driven to constantly improve your performance;
-Clean rooms if necessary to increase occupancy levels.
- Able to do overbooking to improve Site's performance.
