* Delivers a wide range of guest services (welcome, reservation, arrival, departure,breakfast, dinner, etc)
* You love attention to detail, being organised and working with others
* You will proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to add a personal touch to the guest stay.
* Provides a personal welcome for guests and creates a warm and friendly atmosphere
* Continual satisfaction for guests by ensuring top quality service in compliance with current standards and procedures
* Make connection with all our guests - their experience will be memorable for all the right reasons.
* Helps gain the loyalty of existing clientele
* Deals with any guest issues or queries to ensure guest satisfaction
