Key tasks

The Master Chef (Indian Cuisine) is responsible for the preparation of menus which meet the market needs at the PBGS. Namely light innovative and contemporary cuisine, which is in line with the concept of the restaurant and banquet operation. He has a proven record in all sections of the kitchen. He has experience in producing required food products and assures that all items are identical with Recipes and Specifications. He liaises with the Commissary Kitchen Chef, Pastry Chef and orders required food well in advance. He has leadership qualities, administrative skills and organizational talents.

Essential and optional requirements

• Hotel school graduate or apprenticeship with the Food and Beverage sector.

• Should be pleasant in appearance and personality.
• Must possess a basic English level.
