Job description

Key tasks

To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Novotel and Ibis Gate standards of performance, by e-mail, phone or in person
To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within different sub departments of the Sales and Marketing Department or any other Department of the hotel as assigned
Fully aware of the ACCOR values 
Should perform other duties assigned by superior(s). 
Involved in developing marketing campaigns to promote a product, service or idea. It is a varied role that includes planning, advertising, public relations, event organization, product development, distribution, sponsorship and research
Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
Involved in advertising opportunities and assist DOSM with placing adverts in the local press national or campaigns on the radio
Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, rack brochures, HTMLS
Coordinating with designers (if needed) and printing agencies
Maintaining and updating customer databases for Marketing
Be actively involved in marketing planning and strategies with DOSM
Responsible to submit weekly marketing report with detailed activities
