Key tasks
The Marketing & Communication Intern helps on a day to day basis the VP Global Development Marketing & Communication he/she reports to, as well as other members of the team as the Marketing & Communication manager or the SI Project manager he/she works with. He/she mainly in charge of collecting and updating all information requested by developers & partners and needed for marketing & communication actions, keeping it as updated and easily available as possible. He/she is creative and skilled in graphic design and is able to produce simple artworks. He/she also contributes to key existing projects rolled out within the department or to be developed (see below).
BRANDS & SERVICE OFFERS CONTENT: the Marketing & Communication Intern is in charge of collecting and updating all the information needed by the developers & partners and the department on all AccorHotels brands and service offers, as well as key facts & figures and performance KPI’s.
DEVELOPMENT GRAPHIC GUIDELINES: he/she is in charge of implementing the development visual identity charter & advertising principles in B to B campaigns at a global level, and helping the developers to implement those guidelines in the countries, at a local level. He/she is creative and skilled in graphic design and is able to create simple artworks as ads, development E-newsletter, hot News etc.
INFORMATION PLATFORMS: he/she accountable for the update, running and animation of our global development intranet and other information platforms to come (CRM Partners, key business cases & success stories/pitches and key visual library...).
DEVELOPMENT SALES TOOLS: he/she contributes to the production of development sales tools (print/digital) - Summary, Book, Luxe brochure, DTS brochure, Brand presentations/decks, Why Invest, Fact Sheets, Global Development presentation, or any new format etc.).
PROJECTS: he/she also contributes to key projects within the department
