Key tasks
• Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset
• Drives the sourcing of Leisure and MICE business to the hotel. Directs the Sales and Marketing team based in Phuket and works closely with ADOS based in Bangkok Sales office.
• Applies the brand's quality standards (SOP)
