Key tasks

Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mind set.
Assist the Executive Assistant Manager to interact with the Hotel’s guests on a daily basis to gauge their satisfaction level.
Assist the Executive Assistant Manager to review the VOG performance and guest feedback daily, identifies trends and areas for improvement on a regular basis and shares with relevant stakeholders (at a minimum once a week).
Shares the voice of the guest daily report at the morning briefing with updates and highlights points for improvement and guest commendations.
Assist the Executive Assistant Manager to distribute the Trip Advisor review card to guests on a daily basis.
Assist the Front Desk, Concierge and Club Floor team during check-in and check-out as and when the need arises.
Assist with enrolment of new Le Club members.
Be present during VIP arrivals and check-out.
Ensures that welcome drinks are prepared for all arrival guests.
Checks VIP rooms to ensure the rooms are in order and as per Hotel’s standards.
Work closely with Department Heads to assess service standards and delivery on a regular basis
Perform any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the General Manager and Executive Assistant Manager.
