Key tasks

- Allocated to our Le Club Lounge (Exclusive Lounge for Le Club Members)
- Ensure that inquiries and requests are correctly faces with courtesy and efficiency at all times.
- Ambassador of the Accor Loyalty program Le Club and Advantage Plus
- Enroll Le Club New members in order to reach the target fix by Accor.
- Perform check-in, check - out or room change procedures.
- Encouraged guest to complete the hotel satisfaction survey in order to reach the monthly target.
- Be aware of the complete range of services and facilities which are offer at the Novotel Phuket Vintage Park Resort.
- Project to accomplish during the Internship. To be define once at the hotel
