Key tasks

La saison commence à Quiberon et notre restaurant La Presqu'île recherche un(e) maître d'hôtel.

Véritable chef d'orchestre de la salle de restaurant, vous assurerez l'organisation et veillerez à la qualité des prestations offertes au client et notamment
- L'accueil et le placement des clients : vous conseillez le client tant sur le choix des produits que du vin et prenez la commande.
- L'animation et la gestion de votre équipe : organisation de leur travail, formation des nouveaux collaborateurs recrutés en collaboration avec le directeur de la restauration.
- La mise en place de la salle, tout en veillant à y faire régner une ambiance chaleureuse.
- La coordination avec la cuisine.
