Job Responsibilities
 Perform/oversee day-to-day maintenance and repair works
 Plan and implement the building maintenance programme
 Conduct inspections to ensure maintenance standards and safety requirements are met
 Ad hoc job duties as assigned.

Job Requirement
 Minimum NITEC Certificate in Electrical Engineering
 Equip with knowledge of building management and maintenance
 Must be able to work independently and as a team
