Here some of your main Missions :
- To Assist Airlines in case of disruptions, misconnections and flight cancellation. Process to Room bookings and transport arrangements where necessary, by liaising with local partners.
- Ensuring that always a high level and standard of service is provided to Airline customers. Having a good knowledge of Guest and Airlines Expectations.
- Get a proactive client approach and entertainment /Events . Draw up with the support of the GM of IBIS and Novotel Heathrow a marketing strategy / campaign and action plan to maintain this close relationship and increase revenue. Ensure its implementation
Be aware of what the competition is doing and analyse the local market. Get an understanding of the offer and benefits of competitors.
