Key tasks

As part of the Learning and Development team, it’s our daily job to roll out projects in line with our group’s promise: « At AccorHotels, everyone has opportunities for life-long learning ».
In order to do so, we lead and animate a community of training, learning and development experts spread within 18 AccorHotels Académie throughout the world.

Main activities :
- Content creation for a web-based learning program
- Online community management of Learning & Development communities on AccorHotels’ Professional Social Network
- Participation in the creation of videos about the department’s actualities.
- Updating the team’s Intranet site
- Supporting the team on current projects.


Level of Education Master / MBA

Professional experiences 1 to 2 years
Languages essential French (Primary tongue)
English (Working level)

Essential and optional requirements

- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
- Used to Microsoft office 365 tools
- Comfortable collaborating with diverse profiles
- Clear and effective speaker
- Autonomous in looking for information
- Interested in people development, learning and training
- Curious about new technologies
