Key tasks

- ตรวจและรายงานสภาพห้องพักตามความเป็นจริง
- ทำความสะอาดห้องพักตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายและปฏิบัติตามกฏและกระบวนการอย่างถูกต้อง
- ต้องมั่นใจว่าคำร้องเรียนของลูกค้าได้รับความสนใจและแก้ปัญหาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีความรับผิดชอบในการดูแลรักษาความสะอาดสถานที่ที่เก็บอุปกาณ์ต่าง ๆ รถใส่ของใช้สำหรับ ลูกค้าและต้องมั่นใจหลังจากใช้ต้องทำความสะอาดมีการจัดเก็บถูกต้องในแต่ละรอบหน้าที่นั้น ๆ
- รายงานแผนกแม่บ้านทุกครั้งที่พบสิ่งของที่ลูกค้าลืมไว้ทันทีที่พบถ้าเป็นของมีค่าจะได้แจ้งให้ลูกค้า
