Key tasks

Key Responsibilities:
1.Organises kitchen operations and prepares and serves a range of dishes, whilst supervising junior members of the Kitchen Brigade;
2.organizing special events, developing new dishes, maintaining food quality standards and comprehensive product knowledge;
3.Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers;
4.Provides direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards;
5.Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service.

Qualifications:
1.Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency;
2.3years experience as a cook or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
3.Oral and written communication skills;
4.Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software);
5.Language skills: English and Mandarin Chinese.
