Guest Experience Manager
Inspiring and engaging. As our Guest Experience Manager, you will show your leadership and interpersonal strengths to maximize Guest Experience and reputation of the hotel ensuring an exceptional guest journey.

What you will be doing:

·  Support Front Office to lead and grow all guest experience initiatives within the property
·  Exhibit problem solving to recover guest experience from negative into positive 
·  To be the lead contact for VIPs during stay or prior departure and seek out feedbacks 
·  Acts as the hotel Ambassador; presentable and visible in the lobby or other public areas, in order to manage during high foot traffic. 
·  Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
·  Take initiative to add a personalized experience
·  Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling

Your experience and skills include:

·  Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
·  Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
·  Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
·  Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
·  Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a mid-scale or luxury brand hotel
·  Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
