LOOKING TO CHANGE THE GAME?

Pullman Auckland is looking for talented and passionate VIP Groups Executive wishing to expand their knowledge in a luxury hotel environment. This is a role that partners with external clients to drive business for conferencing, sporting and entertainment sectors.You will enjoy looking after our guests and working as part of a fun, talented & passionate team!

PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS

Is the real you genuine and approachable? Are you able to build and drive business in the sporting, events and entertainment sectors? As a Groups Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

Ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of Conference, Sports and Entertainment Groups reservations operations
Process sales enquiries relating to the above sectors, including taking initial enquiry, site famils, producing personalised proposals and clients follow-up.
Optimises hotel occupancy, average rate and yield, successfully converting all reservation enquiries in a timely manner into materialised bookings and taking responsibility to attain the highest possible yield, occupancy and average rate.
Promote and maintain good public relations with PCO's, Travel Agents and Commercial Organizations and solicits business for the hotel.
