Job description

Key tasks

You identify and analyse the training requirements, in line with the company's economic and social policy, and its technological progression. You design, put together and negotiate the training plan, taking into account human, financial, legal, organisational and learning elements. You follow-up on training actions and assess the effects of training investments. You handle relations with professional partners and teaching institutions.

Essential and optional requirements

- Provide quality training to employee
- Identify training and development needs systematically throughout the hotel in conjunction with Line Managers and Head of Department and Human Resources Department
- Assist Line Manager/Head of Department in achieving training objectives and review on a monthly basis
- Prepare, organize, administer and conduct in-house training courses
- Ensure the employees have received departmental and legal training require by Labor Department
- Contribute actively to create a working environment where people continuously develop themselves and others
