We are currently looking for a talented Receptionist to join our fantastic team!

The role of the Front Office Team Member / Receptionist is to welcome the guests, undertake the arrivals and departures of the guests and ensure their stay at the hotel is above their expectations at all times!

The duties of the Receptionist include:-
* Welcomes guests as soon as they arrive with due care and attention
* Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration
* Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible
* Provides a friendly and personal welcome for guests
