Key tasks

You ensure that all runs smoothly during the customer's stay.
You organize the reception and look after customers with your team.
You supervise the work of the receptionists in the team, you train them and motivate them to give their best and maintain at all times the 'Feel Welcome' spirit.
You contribute to reaching your department's quantitative and qualitative targets, especially related to promotion of Le Club AccorHotels Loyalty Program.
