Key tasks

Ensure that guests' have a smooth running stay at the hotel
Manage and motivate front office teams in order to provide high quality services for guests
Ensure the department meets its quantitative and qualitative targets
Increase revenue through his/her sales efforts and by managing rooms revenue effectively (Revenue Management)
Implement brand and Group projects and identity features

Level of Education Bachelor / Licence
Areas of study Hospitality Management
Professional experiences 1 to 2 years
Languages essential Vietnamese (Primary tongue)
English (Working level)

Essential and optional requirements

Diploma or degree in hospitality or similar sector.
Significant experience in a customer-service position
Experience in team management
Computer literate
Fluent in Vietnamese and business English (a third language would be a plus)
