Pullman Auckland is looking for a passionate Food & Beverage professional who is able to lead our room service team. You will enjoy serving quality food and captivating to all senses as well as leading the team in Room Service, Executive lounge & Mini bar.
PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the efficient running of Room Service, Mini-Bar and Executive Lounge while on duty.
Responsible for leading WHS – attending meetings, conducting safety walks and implementing risk controls
Mini Bar knowledge to perform monthly stock take and supervising Mini Bar staff
Positive problem solving approach with all guests, various outlets and staff
Providing attentive and personalized service for all guests and visitors to ensure a memorable experience

Have a passion for food and beverage
Previous F&B experience in room service will be advantageous
F&B knowledge will be advantageous
Good Communication and Organization skills
Excellent attention to detail for quality check of service and product
Flexibility of availability
