Poste et missions:
? Support of the CFO for all the Group Finance projects (USALI Implementation, Accounting System/SUN harmonization, new reporting tools, IFRS new impacts on P&L/balance sheet etc…).
? Supervision of SUN system upgrade and link with Accounting and IT local teams
? Assisting the CFO in monthly reporting and quarterly consolidation
? Ensuring new hotels in the perimeter are compliant with reporting tools and upload
? Specific punctual financial analysis on request from COO/CFO
SKILLS : Effective convincing and communication skills both in French and English (Direct communication to Paris HQ and reporting to Country CFO)
Good Finance principles knowledge (accounting, corporate finance, reporting, P&L main indicators and ratios)
Team player with strong organizational abilities
Skills in project management and follow-up
IT Finance system oriented: capable to diagnose and understand functional needs in relation with IT teams/Accounting system provider
PROFIL : : Master Degree in Finance (Bac +5) in Top Business School or University
2 to 3 years experience in Finance Departments would be a plus
Fluent in English and French. Turkish would be also a very positive point.
