Job description

Key tasks

Maintain familiarity with and analyze the competitors which will be designated.
Develop overall F&B market plan.
Establish and maintain regional accounts and all governmental accounts
Maintains a high level of exposure in the hotel through direct sales solicitation telephone contacts, and written communications.
Make reservations on behalf of clients.
Research and present lost business reports at the Monthly Sales Meetings.
