Key tasks

Manage performance sales issues that arise within the respective operating departments.

To formulate the overall annual, monthly, temporary food and beverage sales plan and budget.

Keep close touch with hotel sales department, about meeting mutual promotion, exhibition, package, etc.

According to the customer list and keep close contact and continually provide party information.

Accept and asking customers to visit our company or reserved, visit potential clients and take-out places.

Keep in touch with potential customers, prepare proposal and contract.

Draw up banquet table arrangement.
