You are responsible for the organization and the quality of events organized for customers by the Banqueting department. Your duty is to - Supervise the restaurant activity within your department - Manage reservation schedules - Participate in drawing up your department's annual budgets.

More than a logistics/project manager, they are a true advisor and partner in the meeting and event planning process. The organizer’s single point of contact from the moment the sales/contract process is complete. Form meaningful relationships with meeting organizers, understanding their needs and priorities. Work hand-in-hand with the Creative Conductor to plan set-up and animations (where relevant).
