Key tasks

1. 保障酒店区域各设施设备正常运作，实现工程部服务达到标准程序下的最高维护标准。
2. 具有对电气、机械维护、空调系统、锅炉、蒸汽、燃气、供水及污水处理等设备的了解和实际操作技能。
3. 按时完成各项维保工作，将对酒店客人和员工的损失降到最低。
4. 有一定的领导能力、问题处理能力、组织计划能力、决策能力以及发展能力。
5. 至少2年在酒店维修运营中担任值班工程师的工作经历或有过类似岗位工作经验。
6. 持续提供专业、热情、友好的服务。

1. To ensure through continuously physically checking all areas within the Hotel and all aspects of the Engineering services and implementation of standard procedures the highest standard of maintenance is achieved.
2. Good knowledge and practical skills in electrical, mechanical maintenance, A/C systems, Boilers, steam, gas, water supplies distribution and sewerage treatment plants and equipment.
3. To ensure maintenance request assigned to you are completed competently, with the minimum of disruption to the Hotel’s guests and colleagues and within a given time.
4. Ability to leadership skills, problem solving, planning, organizing, decision making and developing.
5. At least 2 years working as Duty Engineer or higher in a hotel maintenance operation or service maintenance in a similar complex.
6. Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.
