Job description

You will be part of the Customer channels, Onboarding & Retention team within the Retail & Digital department. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the digital platforms (Mobile apps, Homebanking and Axabank.be) that serve the customer. You will be the main responsible for the digitization of a specific customer journey domain. You will start with digitizing the domain of Daily Banking & Deposits.


Tasks:
· For your digital domain, you will propose a roadmap and will act as a product owner within the agile product team: feeding new user stories after careful analysis and setting the priorities for next sprints.

This includes:

- Researching and identifying needs (from both customers as well as business)

- Identifying the customer journey together with business stakeholders

- Describing desired functionality / documenting requirements through user stories
- Creation of a product backlog

- Prioritization of delivery items in terms of business benefits

- User acceptance testing

- Assisting with the communication and support of the functionality and making this known to our customers. For example, taking initiative in setting up a mailing campaign, instruction video or similar.

- Continuous improvement through analysis of present functionalities

· You will provide regular analysis and propose effective actions for further growth on:
· Conversion funnels
· Digital sales
· Digital usage
· (Digital) churn
· You will work closely together with:
· Agile product teams and squads
· The various business owners (“Customer Journey managers”) of Retail, Invest & Credits: to align on the overall customer experience.
· Communication, SEA & Campaign team: working together to increase the customers' awareness concerning the possibilities of the digital applications
· The agent network to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience for our customers

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Ideally you hold a Master's degree (economics, marketing, (commercial) engineering)
·  You have a keen interest in the mix between marketing and technologies/digital technology. You already have some experience as product manager, marketing manager, business analyst, product owner or growth hacker
·  Experience in one of the following sectors: banking, retail (e-commerce), services, digital or a start-up is an advantage
·  You have worked with (or in) digital teams
·  Having worked with Google Analytics and other data analysis tools is a plus
·  Experience with agile way of working, UX methodologies and e-commerce is an advantage
