Job description

Key tasks

◾ Herzliche Betreuung wie auch Beratung unserer Gäste beim Frühstück, sowie mittags und abends im à la carte Geschäft von der Begrüssung bis zur Verabschiedung
◾ Du bist verantwortlich für einen einwandfreien Service-Ablauf und die Zufriedenheit des Gastes
◾ Du sorgst für eine gute Mise-en-place und Ordnung im Restaurant
◾ Du unterstützt unser MICE-Team bei grösseren Anlässen
◾ Du bist mit verantwortlich für die Umsetzung und Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften sowie allgemeine Aufräum- und Reinigungsarbeiten
