Key tasks

Commis 2 - Hot and Cold Kitchen

We are looking for an experienced candidate with certificate or undergone HACCP and Basic and Intermediate Food Hygiene training.
Should have good English communication skills and an excellent team player.
Keeps working area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel.
Takes the full responsibilities of his section when his immediate supervisor is not there.
Supports directly the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in the daily operation and work.
Works according to the menu specifications (pictures or/and portions) set by Chefs.
Monitors the stock.
Creates and presents the dishes in line with cooking instructions and supervisor's instructions
Adapts work to fluctuations in level of activity, to special events and particular guests
Helps receive deliveries and tidies food items according to storage guidelines
Is responsible for the high standard of dishes prepared
