Key Tasks / Responsibilities
Cluster RM is responsible for enhancing the Revenue Management culture among the cluster hotels (2 in Kuwait, 1 in Jordan, 1 in Bahrain, and 1 in Oman) via the implementation of its principles, tools, processes, and people development among all four properties. Ensure consistent approach to pricing, reservation, distribution strategy development at hotel level.

The role’s primary goal is to work together with the respective teams, lead by the respective GMs to ensure in achieving the overall budget, enhancing market share via providing detailed data regarding the future business, and provide with recommendations to implement in order to achieve set targets.
Equally important, the Cluster RM should provide detailed analytical reports at the end of each month highlighting the market conditions, reasoning of the performance, the opportunities on which to capitalize in the future. The Cluster RM, once settled in, should be able to work on the Total Revenue Management, and not only on the Rooms Department.

Skills & Experience
University graduate / Hotel Management or related course
At least 3 to 5 years experience in the same capacity preferably in 4* or 5* Hotels
Excellent leadership skills; Proactive
Fluent in English language; Arabic and/or French is an advantage

Competency level:
Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite): Highly Competent
Analytical tools: Highly Competent
Excel advanced user (most of the formulas; database knowledge, pivot tables): Highly Competent
Knowledge of CRS (TARS) and RMS (Amadeus RMS or EasyRMS preferred). Good understanding of other integrated systems, such as PMS, GDS, CRO tools, Offline Reporting, Internet, etc would be an advantage: Highly Competent
