Job description

Key tasks

-take any opportunity to collect the comments & preferences of the guest or simply to talk freely during services in the Lounge, The Club Waitress does not always standby
at the Club Millesime Lounge, she will have then many other opportunities to this 'Guest Room Service' role upon guest request: in the guestroom, in the lounge, in the
guest corridors.
-will act quickly and efficiently, following the instructions received. Her purpose will be to gain a maximum of time for the guest relationships.
-to serve the food and beverages to be well versed with the menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.
-to responsible to ensure that all VIPs in house enjoy the best conditions of stay possible and will take care as per standards established.
