Job description

Key tasks

• The Club Waitress will keep at any time a perfect grooming (uniform, tag, make up, tidy hair, etc.).
• In any circumstances, the Club Waitress will be smiley, willing to help the guest, will ensure a warm greeting with WAI of any guest arriving at the 31st floor and will keep permanently a positive attitude.
• The Club Waitress will act quickly and efficiently, following the instructions received. Her purpose will be to gain a maximum of time for the guest relationships.
• She will ensure that The Lounge is perfectly tidy at any time, that the 'Station Equipment and the Storage' is refill as often as required and that the circuits of operations are followed strictly.
• To have initiatives to be at the right place at the right time: Club Millesime Breakfast area, Club Millesime Bar area or in front of the lifts at the 31st floor (to welcome guests expected entrance to Club Millesime).
• To serve the food and beverages to be well versed with the menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.
• To responsible to ensure that all VIPs in house enjoy the best conditions of stay possible and will take care as per standards established.
• To maintains cleanliness and mise-en-place level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation.
• To replenishes supply of linen and other Operating equipment.
• To obtains requested items from the storeroom.
• To follows correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual.
• To sets up tables in accordance with Club Millesime Lounge policy.
• To cleans and removes dishes, Glasses from the table after service is completed.
• To transports soiled dishes from the Millesime Lounge to kitchen and depositing them in proper placing at the Steward area.
• To cleans all spillage during mealtime and at closing.
• To response in the Micro-system and close the report
• To response in Bar Operation
• To ensure a full and detailed handover with the following shift (with Club Waitress for the morning shift and with Waitress for the afternoon shift). She will check in details that her/his cashier report is correct and with the entire backup attached.
• To attentive to respect the privacy /confidentiality of the information, or guest names available. She will ensure not to transmit any guest name, or guest history information.
• To ensure that all the standards and procedures established at the Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit are reached successfully and permanently.
