Key tasks

Every Sofitel team member is an Ambassador. An Ambassador represents Sofitel’s brand and its values, at all times. The Sofitel Ambassador will establish relationships and foremost, the Sofitel Ambassador will deliver an exceptional guest experience and promote French excellence.

We are currently seeking an organised, enthusiastic CID Reporter to join the Front Office team. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our Guests.

The prime responsibility of the CID Reporter is to ensure that all Guests are either Checked In or Checked Out of the CID system. In addition to this key responsibility, other duties include:

• To handle all CID related messages and information, acting as a link between the Hotel and the local authorities.
• To attend all CID related training and to train and monitor our Ambassadors accordingly, constantly updating the AFOM, NM and FOM.
• To maintain a structured filing system, as per CID and audit procedures requirements.
• To assist the Front Office team in different tasks, whenever requested.

This is an ideal position for someone who is looking to start their career in Hospitality. Training and cross exposure to the Front Office operation is offered.
Proficiency in Arabic would be an advantage in this position as the candidate will be dealing with the local authorities.
