Job description
Key tasks
Responsible for the day to day management of the Engineering and Maintenance department
Ensure all areas are in perfect condition to ensure the safety and comfort of the guests and employees.
Lead a team to ensure guests satisfaction through preventive maintenance, trouble shooting, repair and general maintenance.
Ensure compliance of all local fire safety, building control & environmental codes and regulations.
Develop and follow a full hotel preventative maintenance plan.
