Mise en place des accueils VIP dans les chambres
Prendre une commande et service en chambre
Effectuer les facturations et les clôtures de caisse
Connaissance et suivi des repères de la marque Sofitel
Exigences du poste :

Assurer un service efficace et de qualité avec aisance, discrétion et sourire
Esprit commercial
Bon relationnel
Souci du détails
Excellente présentation
Compréhension et pratique des langues étrangères (anglais, allemand..)
