Key tasks

Temps partiel 30 heures par semaine principalement le soir.
Vous contribuez au bon déroulement du service et à la qualité de la production en gérant votre partie. Vous assurez de façon autonome la production des plats conformément aux fiches techniques. Vous managez le travail des commis. Vous êtes responsable d’un secteur de la cuisine et en assurez l’organisation, la coordination et le service.
