Key tasks
Vous contribuez au bon déroulement du service et à la qualité de la production en gérant votre partie.
Vous assurer de façons autonome la production des plats conformément aux fiches techniques et dans les délais impartis.
Sous la supervision du chef de cuisine par la qualité de votre travail et l'exemplarité de votre comportement vous contribuez de façon globale à la satisfaction de la clientèle.
