Key tasks

Key Tasks / Responsibilities

- Controls and analyzes on an on-going basis the following :
  a. Quality levels of production and presentation in their respective areas
b. Guest satisfaction
c. Cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene
- Supervising the functions of all Chinese Kitchen facilities and employees in order to maximize over all F& B Department profit.
- To establish Chinese Banquet and Ala Carte menu’s which meet the needs of our local market.
- Develops formal training plans and conducts on the job training sessions for all Chinese Kitchen employees.
- Co-ordinates functions and activities with other Food and Beverage department heads.
- Sets private special menu and menus of wedding functions.
- Reports directly to the Executive Chef.

Skills & Experience

- At least 2 years experience in the same position, has experience in Accor Group is an advantage.
- Possesses a positive and cheerful attitude and mature with a good leadership.
- Able to manage work systematically, well organized.
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Thai.
