Key tasks

This is a fulltime position and you are responsible to provide exceptional, high-touch service assisting customers with customized travel arrangements, including travel bookings, fine dining reservation, event planning, research, theatre, sports events and other personal services, beyond in a contact centre type environment. Concierges are able to go above and beyond their duty to provide an exceptional customer experience, embraces change, and thrives in a fast-pace environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Handling customer requests both on emails and phones
Accurate and timely handling of all requests from our customers
Provide a consistently high level of professionalism and discretion when handling our customer’ needs
Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and vendors
Updating of customer information for CRM database profiling
Able to complete multiple tasks
Able to research and source for information & solutions
Work schedule adherence will require the ability to do shift work spread over 7 days (5 days out of 7 days)
